Mystery Substance Lab.
The students in Mrs. Woeckner's Science class were observing properties of mystery substances.

1st graders engaged in learning all about Christopher Columbus!

The Second Graders in Ms. Hensle’s class conducted a S.T.E.M. Experiment related to our science curriculum: Where do rivers start and how do they flow?

First graders during Science class completed a STEM project: Can you construct a floating raft out of apples and toothpicks? 🍎🍏

Mrs. Knapp's first grade class is learning about narrative and expository text. The students created their own poster and sorted book cover titles from a magazine into narrative and expository columns. 📚

All grade levels are welcome and encouraged to participate!

The first graders read The Day the Crayons Quit and participated in a STEM project to design their own crayon box.

1st grade teachers dressed as Fly guy for character counts day!

All of the Second grade students came back to school ready to learn! Centers for both Math and Language Arts are in full swing. Multi-sensory learning, using Phonics First and Orton Gilligham, are the epicenter of our instruction!!!! We are looking to knock Second Grade right out of the park this year!!!!!
