“A Special Education Parent Advisory Group, or SEPAC is a state-mandated, district-level, parent-driven group charged with providing input to the local school district on system-level challenges in special education and related services.”^


“Why should I get involved in my local SEPAC? Participation in a SEPAC offers the opportunity to raise questions, voice concerns, and provide direct input to district and school leadership. The great benefit of participating in a local SEPAC is that the individual needs of a child become part of “the big picture,” and can reach a broader community of children.”^
